How It Works

Our breath is only ever happening in our body here and now, in the present moment.

When we place our attention on our breath, we are placing our attention in the present moment.

Because our breath regulates every system in our body, by bringing attention to the quality of our breath we induce a state of health and homeostasis here and now, in the present moment.
